The SUND bearing products are centrifugally casted by CNC casting machines. Advanced CNC processing equipments such as five- axis horizontal CNC, vertical processing center and high precision CNC grinder are used in temperature and humidity controlled workshops. The key dimensions of products are inspected by high precision CMM and special measuring equipments. The system of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 runs through the whole product realization process including product design and manufacture, so as to ensure the products meet the most stringent requirements of nuclear power standard and specification.
