Since resuming work after the Spring Festival, the company has proposed a 6S management improvement initiative and established a 6S project team. Through the efforts of all employees and the guidance of the project team, and after review by the project team and acceptance by the chairman, four teams have become the first batch of "6S benchmark teams" of SUND Technology. On May 5th, a conferment ceremony was held at the team site, attended by Chairman Zhou Shaohua, Deputy General Managers Deng Qun, Zhu Jie, Luo Bi, and General Assistant Pan Hong, among other leaders.

　　At the conferment ceremony, the Assembly Team of Production Department 1, the Maintenance Team of Production Department 1, the Small Vertical Lathe Precision Machining Team of Production Department 2, and the Bearing Bush Team of Production Department 2, respectively introduced their work and experience in creating benchmarks. Firstly, regardless of how tight the production tasks were, they always took time to organize, straighten, clean, and maintain their areas, especially the Assembly Team of Department 1 and the Bearing Bush Team of Department 2, who have maintained this for a long time; secondly, the employees of these teams have a new understanding of the requirements and purpose of 6S, and their ideas have been updated quickly.

　　A vibrant enterprise is always tidy, clean, and orderly, and employees feel comfortable. Customers first see an enterprise with a positive image and believe that only clean and comfortable enterprises can produce good products. The chairman proposed that the company's development must benchmark against international peers and must first promote 6S management improvement.

　　The conferment of the first batch of 6S benchmark teams is only the beginning of 6S management improvement; we still have much work to do. The chairman hopes that all teams and functional areas will benchmark against the benchmarks, comprehensively upgrade the company's site and management, so that everyone can work in a clean, beautiful, and orderly environment, and SUND will truly win the trust of customers!
