Sliding bearings are important basic components of large key centrifugal compressor units in the petrochemical industry and are key to the reliable and stable operation of the units; the high quality, stability, and reliability requirements have led to a long-term heavy reliance on imports for sliding bearings, which has become a bottleneck hindering the high-quality development of the petrochemical industry and jeopardizing industrial chain security. This domestication project, once successfully completed, will further improve the domestication rate of petrochemical equipment components, reduce reliance on imports, and be of great significance to the healthy development of the petrochemical industry.
