This solves the drawbacks of using a thin oil station, which is complex, expensive, and space-consuming.
Chongde Technology's HDS hydraulic lifting module utilizes the bearing's own oil chamber as an "oil tank," using a pump to deliver high-pressure oil to the journal bearing oil pocket to lift the rotating shaft. Suitable for frequent start-stop and long-term low-speed operation.
The LBC lubrication and cooling module and the HDS hydraulic lifting module can be easily integrated with CF and CM bearings and installed on the motor end cover. They feature a simple structure, high reliability, and small footprint, making them especially suitable for rotating equipment in remote areas, marine generator sets, and emergency generator sets using sliding bearings.
